Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Last Updated: June 7, 2026

These Terms & Conditions establish the legal framework governing the relationship between ElevonOps and its clients.
Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of ElevonOps services and website.

By purchasing services, scheduling consultations, submitting forms, accessing our website, or engaging with ElevonOps, clients agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

1. Company services

ElevonOps provides operational support services designed to improve communication, lead management, CRM organization, appointment coordination, workflow automation, reporting visibility, and operational efficiency.

Services may include CRM implementation, lead response systems, missed call recovery, appointment coordination, workflow automation, reporting systems, communication management, operational consulting, and front-office operational support.

Service offerings may change over time.

2. Client responsibilities
  • Provide accurate information.
  • Provide necessary access.
  • Cooperate during onboarding.
  • Review and approve requested materials.
  • Maintain professional communication.
  • Remain responsible for business decisions.

ElevonOps cannot guarantee results when required information, approvals, or access are delayed or withheld.

3. Consultations

Consultations are intended to evaluate operational needs and determine whether ElevonOps services are appropriate for a business.

Consultations alone do not establish a client relationship.

A client relationship begins only after service acceptance and payment.

4. Billing & payments

Services may include monthly subscriptions, deployment fees, activation fees, consulting fees, and custom project fees.

Clients agree to pay all applicable fees associated with purchased services.

Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

Billing, cancellation, refund, and payment-related matters are additionally governed by the ElevonOps Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

5. Subscriptions

Certain services are provided on a recurring monthly basis.

Subscription services automatically continue unless cancelled according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Clients remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to cancellation.

6. Deployment & implementation

Implementation services may include CRM setup, workflow creation, automation deployment, calendar configuration, reporting setup, team onboarding, and operational planning.

Deployment work begins shortly after onboarding and may require client cooperation and access to third-party systems.

7. Intellectual property

All ElevonOps systems, workflows, documents, processes, templates, branding, content, training materials, and operational frameworks remain the property of ElevonOps unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may use deliverables provided during active service relationships for internal business purposes only.

8. Third-party platforms

ElevonOps may utilize third-party software, communication platforms, CRM systems, scheduling platforms, payment processors, automation tools, analytics providers, and other external services.

Because these services are owned and controlled by third parties, ElevonOps is not responsible for platform outages, service interruptions, security incidents, policy changes, pricing changes, account suspensions, or software limitations.

Clients acknowledge that certain services depend upon providers outside the control of ElevonOps.

9. User submissions

Clients may submit information, documents, forms, files, credentials, business information, and other materials through the website, CRM systems, onboarding processes, communication channels, and operational workflows.

Clients are responsible for ensuring submitted information is accurate, lawful, and authorized for use.

ElevonOps is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unauthorized information provided by clients.

10. Disclaimers & no guarantee of results

ElevonOps provides operational support, workflow implementation, communication systems, CRM services, automation deployment, appointment coordination, reporting systems, and operational consulting.

While our services are designed to improve organization, responsiveness, efficiency, communication, and operational visibility, ElevonOps does not guarantee revenue increases, lead volume increases, appointment increases, sales growth, business profitability, operational outcomes, specific performance metrics, business expansion, or customer retention improvements.

Business results depend on numerous factors outside the control of ElevonOps, including market conditions, competition, pricing strategy, staffing performance, sales ability, client responsiveness, business operations, and economic conditions.

Any examples, projections, estimates, forecasts, performance discussions, operational recommendations, or growth scenarios are for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ElevonOps shall not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, business interruption, loss of goodwill, data loss, indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, or special damages.

In no event shall ElevonOps’ total liability exceed the amount paid by the client during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Where limitations are restricted by law, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Termination

ElevonOps reserves the right to suspend or terminate services when payments remain unpaid, abuse or misconduct occurs, fraudulent activity is suspected, or necessary cooperation is withheld.

Clients may terminate services according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations.

14. Modifications

ElevonOps reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
